Password help.
Choose the account you use. Passwords are never displayed or emailed.
Employee account
If you can sign in, open Website Management and choose Change password beside your name.
The same employee password also signs you into Academy.
If you cannot sign in, ask a ForgeBasis administrator to issue a secure reset.
Client account
Client passwords are reset by ForgeBasis so access remains tied to the correct private workspace.
